Hi Serge,

First of all you have to upload prototype to documents.
To exercise this follow these steps

one.Click on Documents Tab
2. Click on New Button

3.Upload the Paradigm that yous want to utilize every bit logo, while uploading make certain you cheque the "Externally Available Image" and be sure about the folder in which you are uploading this image.

4. Click Save.

Now y'all have to add together this Image to your app.Follow the below steps.

Hello Sagar,
I take followed exactly what you lot have suggested here and it has not worked. Is there potentially any tickbox permission that I don't accept on my contour (I am a organisation admin) or that is not activated for the org or possible anything else I could exist missing?
I can upload the file in a binder in documents, and it is 16k, merely when I come to upload information technology into the app, I see no files at all within whatsoever folders in documents.

I am encountering the same behavior equally Catherine. Images are uploaded to docs. They are less than 20K. They do not bear witness up when I try to upload it into the app.

I'm attempting to build my very outset "Universal Container Store" APP which is the 1 they use in DreamForce. I'one thousand having the same problem where I uploaded my logo to the Documents tab under My Personal Documents, only when I click [Insert An Image] I get the My Personal Documents popular-upwardly box and it's empty. When I navigate back through the Documents tab to My Personal Documents I see the logo. I refreshed my browser and tried again on the [Insert An Image] button just yet not showing upward

Cheque if the paradigm is smaller or equal than 20K and make it externally bachelor. I was facing the same error and I needed modify the size of the image.

***Here's the Solution*** -:
But brand this checkbox ticked "Externally Bachelor Epitome" and Bingo.
For doing this just goto Document tab>> select your image and click on edit>> tick the checkBox >> Save it >> Washed

This answer does not address lighting apps. Lighting apps are only available in lighting feel, and it appears y'all must upload a new paradigm every time you change the paradigm. The "upload" link does open a popup which gives access to local customer files and not org files.

am unable to supervene upon my logo with salesforce logo, i have added image in documents and created in page layout, assigned page layout to the system administrator user, all the same information technology doesnt got repleced. Some one can respond my query

Paradigm file size in pixels should be <= 300 width x 55 superlative. Then nosotros tin can run across the files in Documents while selecting image for App.

Ane mean solar day earlier, I faced the same problem, but the nature of the trouble was slightly differrent.
